What do you do
As a creative and innovative Marketing Coordinator you are responsibe for devising, coordinating and rolling out campaigns.
You design and coordinate campaigns through various online and offline channels for our European and North American Markets. You are the driving force behind every campaign, from ideation to launch, monitoring, analyze and optimize to acquire, activate and retain customers. Your initiate and implement multichannel campaigns aligned to brand offerings and lead the current marketing team. Monitoring plans, strategies and results and continuously strive for improvement and optimization based on data and KPIs.

AI is ingrained as part of your marketing toolbox and you realize that this should be part of the daily operations of the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
What do you bring?
We are an international company, that means you are proficient in both the Dutch and English language. You have completed a marketing education at least at HBO level and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing projects. Experience within B2B and IT services is definitely an advantage.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Translating commercial goals and objectives into targeted campaigns
- Manage the marketing team
- Drawing up, monitoring and executing the (multi-channel) campaign calendar
- Monitoring brand identity for our international brand
- Monitoring, analyzing and adjusting ongoing campaigns
- Guaranteed quality of marketing-related data
- Determine the most efficient form of (online) marketing
- Innovate the team in AI, marketing optimization, chatbots, dataprivacy, customer experiences, etc.

Our office is located in the province of Gelderland, directly next to the A2 highway. From both directions (Utrecht and ‘s-Hertogenbosch) you take exit 17 to Zaltbommel.
