Hack the
Robot
AI is rewriting how we work. ON2IT is rewriting with it. Spend a day building a real AI robot at our HQ and show you’ve got what it takes to do Marketing, Sales, Security or Consulting here.
Already use AI daily? Good. That’s the entry bar, not the ambition.
Why we’re skipping the first interview.
AI isn’t a tool we bolted onto the side of Marketing, Sales, Security or Consulting. It’s rewriting what those jobs are. The people who’ll thrive in the next five years aren’t the ones with the longest CV. They’re the ones already thinking with AI, already shipping with it, already curious enough to break things and rebuild them faster.
Traditional hiring doesn’t find those people. A polished interview can’t tell us if you actually work this way. So we stopped asking. Instead, we’re inviting 25 of you into ON2IT HQ for a day of building, guided by the operators doing the job today. By the time you head home, you’ll know if ON2IT is your next move. And we’ll know if you’re ours.
What’s in it for you.
Build under pressure
Build your first AI robot. Hands-on, in a small team, led by an ON2IT operator who lives the role today. If you manage to finish it, the robot is yours to take home.
A direct line to a role at ON2IT
Round-robin with the five hiring leads. Top performers get a fast-tracked conversation about a role on our AI-native team — only if it clicks, both ways.
No sales pitch
One day. Free. Food and drinks included. You’re here to build and prove — not to sit through a deck.
Five crafts being rewritten by AI.
You don’t pick a craft to sit alone in. On June 8, you’ll be placed in a project group of five. One Marketer, one Seller, one CISO Team member, one PSS Consultant and one SOC Analyst. Five crafts, five perspectives, one team and one goal. You bring your craft. You ship together.
For who?
From event to role.
-
1// Jun 8 — during the event
Hack the Robot
You build your first AI robot under guidance of an ON2IT operator. Then each of you ships in your own craft: the launch, the pitch, the framework, the policy, the detection. End of the afternoon, every group pitches what they built.
-
2// Same day
The event is the first interview
Your craft’s hiring lead is there the whole afternoon. During the briefing that opens the day, around the build, on the panel during pitches, in the debrief, over food.
There’s no glass-box assessment and no scheduled chat. We watch how you work; you watch how ON2IT works. By the time you head home, both sides have a read.
-
3// On mutual interest
Second-round interview
Top candidates come back to Zaltbommel for a focused conversation about a real role on the AI-native team. Only if both sides want it.
