Are you the one who everyone thinks of when there’s an escalation needing to deescalate? You, as our Service Delivery Manager (SDM), solve the problems! But just showing up when there’s an emergency isn’t your style. You want to build a relationship with your clients.

What you will be doing as our Service Delivery Manager

For our Customer Services Success department (CSS), you as our Service Delivery Manager are the primary link between the customer and our cybersecurity services. Not only are you the primary link, you’re the connector who understands the customer. You ensure that the customer becomes more aware of their security behavior. You collaborate with the customer on enhancing their cyber resilience and provide them with tailored advice at all levels of cybersecurity. The customer knows they can rely on you and feel supported by you. Together with the customer, you resolve the current issues and challenges.

Additionally, advising the customer with the aim of optimizing the delivered services is part of your role. You proactively investigate and resolve issues for the customers. Therefore, you are responsible for analyzing and evaluating the implemented infrastructure to optimize the delivered 24/7 services from the Security Operations Centre (SOC). You are regularly present at the customers’ locations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

About you

Given that we are a company with international clients, it’s essential that you are proficient in both Dutch and English. You have a HBO or WO level of thinking and working. If you hold a CISSP or CISM certificate, that would be ideal.

Certainly, with your work experience in cybersecurity, IT, or customer service, you’re accustomed to juggling multiple tasks. You’re highly organized, able to maintain an overview, and bring calmness to the customer. Furthermore, you are customer-focused and service-oriented. You feel responsible for the customer and take ownership of that responsibility! You proactively address problems and can de-escalate situations. Whenever possible, you anticipate issues and tackle them in advance.
