As our Office Manager, you are the face of ON2IT. Literally.
You are the first person someone sees when they step into our well-secured office. Hospitality is therefore our absolute number one priority.
To make a difference, you bring:
- An independent and proactive attitude, showing ownership and initiative
- Experience in hospitality or office management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A positive and welcoming attitude – your smile is contagious
- Our communication takes place primarily in English and Dutch, which is no problem for you
- You live in the Zaltbommel area
Your impact
What will you do to make an impact as Office Manager?
Your tasks as Office Manager of ON2IT include:
- Various people call ON2IT. It could be about cybersecurity solutions or to be connected to a specific colleague: you handle this professionally and customer-friendly, ensuring the caller reaches the right person
- Applicants, repair services, technicians, cleaners, and external guests all come to you – you welcome and guide guests and contractors with your hospitality
- Meeting rooms are always neat and tidy thanks to your sense of hospitality
- Coordination and execution of administrative tasks, facility matters such as supplies, catering, and office management
- You prepare lunch for your colleagues. It’s a plus if you have tasteful ideas about this yourself
- You take initiative and spot what needs to be done, like arranging external lunches, bookings, first aid (BHV) training, and keeping floor plans up to date

Our office is located in the province of Gelderland, directly next to the A2 highway. From both directions (Utrecht and ‘s-Hertogenbosch) you take exit 17 to Zaltbommel.
