What do we offer?
The best cybersecurity, with you as an important player
In our training center we will get you ready for a position within our company. Whether you prefer solving cyber problems in our SOC or want to get started as a developer; via our two year education course you will quickly learn to identify threats and protect companies against those wishing them harm.
We work according to the Zero Trust strategy and John Kindervag, the founder of said strategy, is your direct co-worker.
Our goal is to provide the best security, world-wide. We distinguish ourselves via our culture of collaboration. Our knowledge and expertise are there to help give you a flying start.
If you are also ON2IT, care about our customers and are passionate about making things work, we see it is as our duty to help turn you into something special.
Before, I worked at a holiday resort as technical maintenance. IT always really appealed to me. In my spare time I would run some VMs and I was testing some networks. Then I started looking into a career switch and eventually, I wound up at ON2IT.
Jelle Konings, SOC-engineer

The education trajectory
Divided up into four clear phases.
Baseline
In this first phase you’ll get to know all the disciplines within ON2IT by going through a basic training course. This includes our ON2IT New Employee Introduction Course, an introduction to Zero Trust, and much more.
This first phase ends with an evaluation, after which we proceed with the actual onboarding.
Onboarding
After these basics, you’ll be further introduced to the company alongside a buddy. As SOC-engineer you’ll start doing shift work in our 24 x 7 Security Operations Center.
Aside from that you’ll start other training courses, like the Security Pusher training course, and you’ll become an officially certified ‘Incident Handler’.
Onboarded
After the onboarding period, you will be provided with an opportunity to take part in an internship at our SOC in the US, an education at Carnegie Mellon, the chance to obtain an OSCP-certificate, to follow PAN training courses, and much more. What are your ambitioins? What skills would you like to further develop?
Within your job there will be growth opportunities, but you can also specialize in, for example, Forensics, Incident Response, and much more. Together, we’ll develop your education plan.
Grow in maturity & specialization
The cybersecurity world is ever changing. This means that all our employees are constantly given the opportunity to take on new training courses. This includes you as well.
