JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Internal IT Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our IT infrastructure and processes meet the latest industry standards and regulations. You will lead a small, focused team, drive compliance initiatives, enhance internal security procedures, and align our operations with best practices. You thrive in a dynamic organization that embraces constant change and innovation. As an experienced and proactive Internal IT Manager, you will lead our compliance efforts within our internal IT operations.
What You’ll Do as Our it manager?
Your responsibilities
In addition to coordinating and managing the daily operations of the internal IT team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the stability and security of ON2IT’s IT environments
- Implementing and maintaining controls for compliance certifications such as ISO9001, ISO27001, and SOC2
- Developing a roadmap to improve ON2IT’s IT environments in collaboration with the CTO
- Ensuring proper documentation of all IT systems
- Suppliermanagement
- Being in close contact with interna land external stakeholders
Job requirements
Your qualifications
You have proven experience in leading a team, preferably an IT team. Additionally, you possess:
- Experience with audits and compliance (e.g., ISO27001)
- Relevant technical experience
- Vision about things like workplaces, use of AI and SaaS
- Process experience and directing
- Experience in applying and keeping structure in a technical team
Soft skills
You identify with the following:
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, supervise, monitor, and manage attention across multiple issues
- Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate relatively complex matters to a wide range of audiences
- The ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Our office is located in the province of Gelderland, directly next to the A2 highway. From both directions (Utrecht and ‘s-Hertogenbosch) you take exit 17 to Zaltbommel.
