In the versatile role of Corporate Recruiter at ON2IT, you look beyond just the CV. You are responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent in the world of cybersecurity. To achieve this, you use your creativity to reach the right candidates. However, your work goes beyond the recruitment process itself.
ON2IT’s position in the market is just as important. You will focus on other themes such as employer branding and candidate experience. It’s up to you to translate these strategic themes into operational actions and provide advice. Multiple recruitment events are organized annually, and with your proactive and innovative mindset, you will be the driving force behind these events.
You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including conducting assessments for candidates. You will be part of a small and dedicated HR team that is focused on building and growing. With our strong growth ambitions, the possibilities are endless.
Job requirements
Your responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-onboarding, and conducting candidate assessments;
- Evaluating candidates not only on their skills but also on their potential to drive innovation, creativity, and results within our company;
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and devising innovative recruitment strategies;
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging roles;
- Using creative and unconventional methods to identify and attract cybersecurity professionals, such as developing recruitment marketing campaigns and strengthening employer branding.
This is you:
- You have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree and have experience in recruitment or staffing;
- You possess not only strong recruitment skills but also the creative flair to stand out in a competitive market;
- You are an ON2IT ambassador, embodying our spirit: We Secure, We Commit, & We Innovate;
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Our office is located in the province of Gelderland, directly next to the A2 highway. From both directions (Utrecht and ‘s-Hertogenbosch) you take exit 17 to Zaltbommel.
